Life of the Unworthy II

While we were finishing the first part of the article, we asked the following question: Is it possible for people who do not value themselves and do not find themselves worthy of respect and love, to be able to approach others with the same feelings? Of course not…

How can the daily life of a society made up of the majority of people who do not value themselves be? For example, can they treat each other kindly and respectfully in traffic, on the street, in the market? What is the probability of being honest, helpful and self-sacrificing in trade, shopping and service delivery? It is not possible for us to answer these questions positively.

How can managers emerge from a society where such individuals are abundant? What discourses do these people follow? Of course, it shouldn't be hard to guess that they are very likely to follow populist, heroic, power-oriented people who flatter them, which numbs the pain of worthlessness caused by the inferiority complex they are in. They have a strong tendency to swear allegiance to leaders and to attribute superhuman characteristics by glorifying them. For this reason, such leaders have a high tolerance for being oppressed and exploited, and have weak reflexes to object to issues that go wrong. They may be inclined to give allegiance to the community leader who gains power by using the relations here. In such environments, these people may become open to being exploited, abused, wrapped in a "goodness wrapper" but essentially serving destructive thoughts. What can be his view of the concepts and his demand and expectation about them? It goes against the nature of things to say that people who do not consider themselves valuable and respected will have a serious "issue" about these concepts.

WHAT TO DO?

It is beneficial for individuals who have problems in terms of self-worth or self-worth, to get professional support when necessary. However, at the community level Much more is needed for the increase of individuals with strong self-esteem and self-worth:

It is necessary to implement management and economic policies that will distribute welfare to all segments fairly and reasonably. The time lost in this area makes both the life of the individual and the social atmosphere extremely suffocating. Without taking steps to disperse this suffocating atmosphere, it is not possible for us to become a country of productive people who are smiling, considerate to each other, hopeful for their future. Because worthlessness; It adds value neither to the life of the person experiencing it, nor to the society!
