Symptoms usually begin as attacks and continue as exacerbations and partial remissions. The first attack can be acute or insidious.
It Can Also Occur Due to Another Health Condition or Substance/Drug. Therefore, a detailed history should be taken from the patient and his relatives, all psychiatric and medical examinations should be performed, and the most appropriate treatment should be initiated. In addition, these patients are a risky group in terms of suicide (suicide) and violent behaviors. For this reason, informing both the patient and his/her immediate environment will be of great benefit in terms of taking the necessary precautions and the effectiveness of the treatment.
