Days Before Becoming University Students…

I specifically wanted to start with "University young people". Don't you think it's very motivating?

How does the idea of leaving everything behind in a single day, whatever you haven't done in the days before the university exam? All that time to prepare, the exam being over in just a few hours, and the feeling of emptiness that will come afterwards... Yes, get ready for all of it, young people. Because leaving such an intense pace and suddenly letting go will create a feeling of emptiness in you. Afterwards, sweet new rushes... University registrations, searching for a new dormitory or house to stay in if you got accepted out of town; Beautiful times spent with your family and relatives…

Dear young people! In this article, days before the exam, I will tell you: "Do this and that!" I won't say never. You know much better, because you are experiencing this process yourself. What needs to happen is already happening, but at least as an expert and someone who has experienced these processes, I can give you some advice on what you should never do or what you should pay attention to.

A state of emergency is usually declared days before the exam, so never do this. ! Sacrificing the guests coming to our house, giving up the places we want to go, sacrificing our basic needs such as eating, drinking and sleeping, or on the contrary, doing too much... Don't forget! Just as order is important in our lives, order is also important for our body system. In other words, whatever your routine was until the exam, you should maintain this routine in your last days!

Another issue is, "What's the matter, sir, you can't study in the last days!" Work, guys, if you want to work, work. You never get confused or forget what you know. Do your best. If studying will be good for you even on the last day, do not give up looking at the subjects.

What about excessive traveling in the last few days? Weren't you the one who didn't leave the house for a year or felt a thousand pangs of conscience when you did? I repeat, do not take such risks in the last days. Young people spread out in the forest and open areas... It happened that you got sick! Why the need to take such risks? Additionally, if you do things in the last few days that you have hardly done for a year, our mind will immediately be alarmed. "Oh no, it's normal "Things are going on, I think there are things going wrong," and you unknowingly increase the stress even more.

If you don't have a good sleep pattern and you haven't balanced it months ago, your job is a bit difficult. So, if you have a mind that is used to going to bed late and staying up late, going to bed early the day before the exam may not be very good for you. Even if you lie down, you won't be able to sleep. Moreover, you may experience more stress by imagining the exam moment in your mind. That's why my advice to you, young people, is to go to bed early and not shake up your current routine.

Eating things you've never eaten before... Honey, raisins, grains of rice, etc. that you haven't eaten in a long time... Or the eggs we eat with disgust... In one day Beliefs that we will pass the exam by eating these, or the idea that our minds will suddenly start working thanks to these... Ah, those parents, I say :)

Some of the examples I mentioned above can be multiplied, but this is enough. What I'm saying is, let's take the exam sweetly, without taking risks and without disrupting our natural routine, okay?

Don't think I forgot another issue. Remember that the greater the meaning you attach to the exam, the more anxious you will feel while taking the exam. Rest assured, nothing can be more important than our health and our own values; shouldn't be! Days before the exam, it's time to tell yourself out loud how valuable you are. Say it out loud... Stand in front of the mirror and shout out loud to yourself, "I am valuable!" Of course, if you have never done this, I will not tell you not to break the routine, some exceptions can change everything.

Finally, after the exam is over, regardless of the result, do not drown yourself in "Oh if only". There are many people who cannot get to the place they deserve through an exam. Sometimes it can be a good idea to look at other searches and alternatives. If your exam did not go well; Don't ever try to turn off those phones or go to distant lands. Sooner or later you will be asked questions such as "How was your exam, dear? Did you pass?" Running away is just postponing the situation. Face it, sadness is an emotion after all... Don't be afraid to tell people, be with your friends. Don't act like you've done something to be ashamed of.

What about those who went well...? Come on, let's see if you are already at university. Success in terms of visas, projects and finals... We were just about to rest when I hear you asking where did these exams come from? Passing the exam means being welcomed under another burden and responsibility. Just when we think we will be free, a new limitation comes into our lives. This is what we call "real life".

Good luck to all of you...
