The aim here is to prevent crime in society before it is committed, and if the crime is committed, to lock the child within four walls and to carry out the feelings of revenge on him. On the contrary, it is to approach the child in a correct, logical and modern way and to raise him/her to be useful to his family, his environment and society, and to be loyal and respectful to national and spiritual values. and the guidance and monitoring services that should be provided to the child after execution should be handled as a whole, and the courts that try children should be an institution that organizes how the child will be rehabilitated rather than an institution that imposes punishment.
