One of the most common sayings during the winter months is that I feel hungry all the time and I can't stop myself from eating. There may be more than one reason behind this situation. Maybe you're really hungry, maybe you're not. Let's analyze ourselves together.
Do you wake up early?
The early darkening of the weather and the seasonal effect of clouds greatly restrict the time we spend in the light. People who wake up early in the morning always wake up in the dark, which psychologically pushes the person into an unhappy and depressed mood.
When was the last time you had your analysis done?
Decreasing stores along with inadequate and unbalanced nutrition make the person constantly feel tired and sleepless. If you haven't had a blood test for more than 6 months, it means it's time for your check-up.
Has your sleep pattern changed?
In general, everyone's work tempo increases in the last months of the year. Increasing pace, insomnia, excessive stress or consumption of foods with high caffeine content (especially coffee) cause sleep disorders. Try to spend some time observing yourself.
Are your meals sufficient?
Are you sure that you are following a nutrition program that suits you? In order to lose weight, gain weight or maintain your weight, what you eat must always be balanced. Be careful not to miss your meals and eat quality nutrition. You may find yourself not eating at all during the day or under-eating and having hunger crises at night. Be careful.
In addition to all these, there may be those among us who devote themselves to eating to be happy during seasonal transitions. Even if you are eating something for a snack, question yourself beforehand. Am I hungry right now? If your answer is yes, do not leave the table until you are full. But remember that every bite you take even though you are full will give you temporary happiness. In such moments, take care to walk and drink water and herbal tea rather than eating. Remember that a person who consumes sufficient amounts of food groups during the day is unlikely to have a sweet tooth.
