How to fast healthily?

As we break our fast after a long fast; Let's drink 1-2 glasses of lemon water before the meal. Let's not stimulate our insulin secretion by loading up on carbohydrate foods, and the carbohydrate content should never exceed a quarter of our total food intake. Let's eat dessert and fruit two hours after breaking our fast. In order to tolerate hunger for a long time during sahur, let's eat protein-rich food and drink plenty of water.
