The eyelid edges and eyelashes turning inward. It may cause symptoms such as stinging, tearing, pain, and in advanced cases, wound formation on the cornea (the transparent layer of the eye) and vision loss. This situation must also be corrected surgically.
Ectropion (Ectropion)

Introverted eyelash roots are burned with cautery; more than one session may be required. If there are too many eyelashes turned inward, the skin containing that row of eyelashes is surgically removed.
Facial Paralysis
The nerve that provides movements of the eyebrows, eyelids and face ( Facial paralysis occurs when the facial nerve stops working for any reason. This condition may be congenital or may occur as a result of tumor, infection, injury and vascular diseases. In case of temporary paralysis, medical treatment is applied to protect the eye. In case of permanent paralysis, in addition to medical treatment, a gold weight is placed on the upper eyelid.

Eye prostheses are used after surgery, when the eye is damaged as a result of accidents or diseases. It is used if taken as. These prostheses do not provide vision, but they provide an aesthetically good appearance. Eye prostheses can be applied in some patients without removing the eye.
Orbital Tumors
Benign tumors of the orbit usually grow slowly. Symptoms such as forward pushing of the eye, double vision and visual impairment develop slowly over a long period of time. In malignant tumors, these symptoms develop in a short time.
