Keep Breathing!

It is impossible to avoid stress at any cost. But what can be done is to release tensions regularly. Through experience, we can learn to let stress wash away from us like water.
For the last 5000 years, all the great medical and spiritual traditions of the East, such as yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, teach that every individual can take the reins of his or her inner being and bodily functions. This can be achieved simply by concentrating the Mind and focusing on the breath. Today, thanks to many studies, we know that this mastery is one of the best ways to reduce the impact of stress. It is also one of the best ways to restore harmony in one's physiology and, as a result, to stimulate the body's natural defenses. Spending time by oneself every day is known to be an 'act of radical love'. A purification ritual performed alone is always recommended. This contemplative solitude is the basic condition for harmonizing the healing forces within the body.
Like breathing, digestion or heartbeat, it happens even if we do not think about it, but it is a miraculous function that can be easily controlled by the will. The respiratory control center, located at the base of the brain, is sensitive to all molecules constantly exchanged between the emotional brain and organs in the body, including the immune system. Paying attention to breathing brings people closer to the pulse of the vital processes in their bodies and connects them to conscious thought. Fortunately, it is not necessary to 'believe' to see and benefit from all this. There is a completely objective way to measure the relationship between exercises such as yoga, meditation and breathing and what is happening in the body. HRV (HEART RATE VARIABILITY) !!!!!!!!!!!

The sympathetic system, which comes into play with each breath, causes a slight acceleration in your heartbeat, while the sympathetic system, which comes into play during your exhalation, causes a slight acceleration in your heart rate. The parasympathetic system stimulates the vagus nerve, which slows everything down. Therefore, the time interval between heartbeats is shorter when breathing in than when breathing out. We call this Heart Rate Variability (HRV).

There are scientists who spend years and scientific studies on autonomous body rhythms (changes in functions such as pulse, blood pressure, breathing). These rhythms of the day The fluctuation pattern at different times is examined. It is known that a solid balance between these different biorhythms is perhaps the most accurate indicator of a healthy body. Between birth, when the strength of biological rhythms is highest, and the approach of death, when it is lowest, the magnitude of variability decreases by about 3% per year. This means that the body gradually loses its ability to adapt, and it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain balance when faced with dangers in our physical and emotional environment. The weakening of this balance in body functions is associated with many health problems due to advancing age: high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, widespread muscle pain, heart failure, diabetes, cancer, etc.
