Have you ever noticed that you get better results from one type of exercise than from other exercises
? Whether you realize it or not, the effectiveness of the type of exercise you do varies depending on your body structure. There are 3 types of body shapes: Endomorph, mesomorph and ectomorph. But to make it more understandable, let's briefly call it apple, pear and beanstalk :) Know your body
structure and choose the exercise that suits you for the best results.
Pears: In a pear-shaped body, hips, While the hip and abdominal area are wider, the upper
part of the body is narrower. Even though people with this body shape work hard, they have difficulty developing muscle
especially in the upper area. They gain weight easily and their metabolism usually works slowly.
Mostly, they try to lose weight from the lower part of their body.
Exercise recommendations: Do multiple area exercises (arms and legs). Do cardio exercise for 30
minutes, 3 days a week, and add weight training. Try to do the movements one after the other, taking small breaks. Although pear-shaped people tend to focus on
the lower part of their bodies, they need to regularly work their upper parts
and increase the proportion of muscle to look like they have narrower hips.
Apples: In the apple body type, most of the body weight is It is collected in the abdominal part. Some have a wide rib cage, some have a flat butt, and some have soft arms.
Exercise recommendations: The important thing for the apple body type is to have different types of exercises performed on the same muscle group. Be sure to change the type of exercise regularly
so that the body can burn fat. Most apple-shaped people are focused on the mid-section of their body. However, in order to ensure body
proportion, it is necessary to exercise the arms and lower parts of the body. The best
results are achieved by minimizing the rest time between exercises to increase the heart rate
and focusing on cardio exercises to increase fat burning from the abdominal area. Try starting by doing 40-60 minutes of moderate cardio 5 days a week.
Beanstalks: Beanstalks have a fast metabolism. Tall, slim build r. They have difficulty gaining
weight and increasing muscle mass.
Exercise recommendations: In endurance exercises, increase the weight and
reduce the repetitions to build muscle. Cardio is important for all body types, but since bean poles
have a fast metabolism, it is recommended that they do less cardio and more weight and endurance exercises.
Knowing your body well and nutrition, exercise and activity accordingly. It would be appropriate to choose.
