When we say exam anxiety, it can be briefly defined as intense anxiety that prevents the effective use of the learned information and causes a decrease in success.
Exam anxiety is a special form of anxiety. Anxiety symptoms are the emotional and behavioral reactions accompanying anxiety about failures.

In exam anxiety, not the exam itself, but the way the exam is perceived by the person creates anxiety. For this reason, some young people are very comfortable and successful in exams, while others may be anxious and unsuccessful.
Although perception, thoughts about the exam and where we put the exam in our lives are a very important detail, invisible anxiety factors such as family attitude and social environment are the most important issues. The thought that the exam is the most important stage of our lives, the thought that if success is not achieved in that exam, the thought that he will not be able to achieve success in any area of ​​his life, the expectation of financial and moral effort and the expectation of receiving it in return can push young people to intense anxiety and fear.
