Nutrition is important in every period of life. Nutrition is of particular importance during infancy, when growth is the fastest.

0 -6 MONTHS

In this period, breast milk should be used by monitoring the baby's growth month by month. If breast milk is not enough for various reasons or the mother has various health problems, foods suitable for the baby's month should be preferred by consulting a doctor or nutritionist.

4-6 MONTHS

Breastfeeding must be continued.
Fruit juice (preferably apple juice as it does not cause gas and is not allergenic), yoghurt, vegetable soup can be added.
It is very important for the mother to be patient when choosing additional foods to be added to the nutrition plan. More than one complementary food should not be used on the same day. The rejected food should be waited for a few days and tried again.

7-8 MONTHS

8-12 MONTHS

In this period, the child has started to get acquainted with home-cooked meals.

To understand that your baby is adequately and balancedly nourished;
In the first 6 months, the baby should gain approximately 800 g of weight per month.
In the 6-12 month period, a monthly weight gain of 500 g is an indication that your baby is healthy.
