It is an anxiety disorder that we have heard about in daily life in the last one or two years and that people have been introduced to through the press and media.
In anxiety disorders, people have thoughts and images that the situations they experience are dangerous. Misperceptions and interpretations of the environment and themselves cause anxiety. Panic-attack is not a disorder coded on its own in the literature. It is generally seen together with agoraphobia (inability to stay alone on the street, in crowded places, in open spaces). Four or more of the symptoms listed below must have been experienced for a month or more.
- PALLACY
- SWEATING
- TRIPPING
- SHORTNESS OF BREATH - FEELING OF SHOOKING
- SHARPNESS
- CHEST TIGHTNESS - PAIN
- NAUSEA - ABDOMINAL PAIN
- DIGITISM - FEELING OF FAIGNING
- FEAR OF DEATH
- UNREAL FEELINGS
- FEAR OF LOSING CONTROL
- TINGLES - NUMBER
- COLDS - SHUILS - FEVER PRESSURE
This disorder, which restricts life considerably and prevents people with the problem from continuing their activities on their own, can be taken under control after the correct and consistent therapy process.
