Pregnancy teas
Pregnancy teas, which are generally made from red fruits such as raspberries, are beneficial. Experts recommend regular consumption of these teas. It argues that it prevents complications such as preeclampsia, premature birth and bleeding. Medical studies show that such teas can be used safely during pregnancy.

Red raspberry teas: It is quite reliable. It is rich in iron. It supports milk production. It reduces fatigue. It is good for birth pains. It protects the health of the uterus throughout pregnancy. There are various recommendations regarding usage time. It is generally recommended to use it after the first three months.
Linden: Linden is a tea that you can consume safely except for the last two or three months of pregnancy. It is good for stomach disorders during pregnancy. It has a relaxing effect. It relieves sore throat in flu infections. As we mentioned, it is not recommended in the last three months of pregnancy as it may cause the muscles to relax. It may react with some medications and be harmful. For this reason, you should definitely consult your doctor before using it.
Sage tea: It is a tea that you should be cautious about. It is generally not recommended because it increases blood pressure and causes miscarriage.
Mint tea: It is a safe tea. It is useful to prevent morning sickness and gas in the stomach.
Melisa tea: It is a tea that can be consumed safely. It has a calming effect. It is good for tension and insomnia.
Ginger root: It is a generally recommended tea. Recommended for nausea and vomiting.
Dandelion tea: There is not enough information about its reliability. It is high in vitamin A, calcium and iron. It is good for edema and nourishes the liver.
