We all ask ourselves from time to time: "Who am I, what is the reason for my existence?" We have asked questions like: It is quite natural for us to ask these questions to ourselves, because otherwise, it means that we have not taken any steps to know and understand ourselves until now.
Self-knowledge means being aware of one's own psychological and physical characteristics and evaluating them objectively. It is relevant. A person who does not know himself; what he wants, what he should invest in, his power, his abilities, the meaning of his life, his expectations from life, etc. It cannot be expected that these people are aware of the situation and that these people have their own dreams and goals. I'm sure, when you think about it, you will remember people living in places they don't want with people they don't want around you, studying in departments where they can't realize themselves, and working in jobs where they can't use their potential and talents. One of the biggest reasons for this situation is that there are millions of individuals who do not know themselves today.
Although knowing yourself provides many conveniences for the individual, it is not an easy process. Because it is more difficult for people to approach themselves objectively than to evaluate others objectively. On the other hand, being under the influence of the environment from an early age makes it almost impossible for us to become aware of ourselves. Unfortunately, our family and society constantly dictate to us how we should behave, how we should think, what we should believe, what kind of life we should live, and even choose some spouses/friends and some enemies. With the need for approval, we shape ourselves according to the society we live in and become someone we are not.
However, we must respect ourselves and listen to our own logic and emotions. Only in this way can we become aware of our own physical characteristics, emotions, thoughts, wants/unwants, needs, strengths and weaknesses, goals, beliefs, values and abilities.
Remember, it is never too late for anything. If you want to discover your own power, please give yourself time to think carefully and answer the following questions.
-What is the purpose of my life?
-Manage my life. Is it in my hand?
-What do I value most in my relationships with others?
-What would people who know me say about me, positive or negative?
-What I want to happen most in my life? why?
-If there was something I could change in the world, what would it be?
-Are there things I think I did well? If so, what(s)?
-What kind of person am I? Take notes of everything that comes to your mind. (selfish, helpful, cheerful, excited, ambitious... )
-Which parts of me do I need to strengthen and which parts of me do I need to weaken in order to achieve my desires?
If I wake up one morning and everything is exactly what I want. What would be the differences between my current life and my current life?
Which of these differences depends on me? (sort)
And take action for the "differences" whose realization depends on you!
Stay with love...
