Everyone wants to be more energetic during the day. Most of us complain of weakness and fatigue. Why is the food we throw in our stomach to get energy not good for us? Have you ever thought why most of us feel uncomfortable after eating? Are we aware of what we eat during the day? If we compare our body to a car, the better the fuel we put into the car, the higher the performance we get. Just as we don't want to buy fuel for our car from every petrol station we come across, we look for good brands on the roads, just like this one, we have to search and find the foods we will put into our stomach with this precision.
Body Antioxidant systems until the 30s and 40s. and the buffering mechanism works well, but unfortunately, when we continue to eat unhealthy, the system collapses after that and many diseases can occur. Diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, high cholesterol, stroke, cancer, etc...

Especially losing weight, healthy eating and lifestyle are as follows;
1. Packaged, processed and high-temperature products are prohibited. I mean all packaged products in the market. It's free to have a getaway once a month a month :) But unfortunately we can't be healthy because we all spend our lives on getaways. If you are invited to a place once in a while or if you have a guest, you can get away with it.
2. You can completely abandon animal products (meat, chicken, milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, etc.) for at least 1-2 months. This is necessary for the body to recover and detoxify. Then you can consume animal products 1-2 days a week. It can also preferably be fish. Eat meat and chicken as little as possible. It is absolutely wrong to consume eggs, cheese and yogurt every day. These can be consumed 1 or 2 days a week. Do not forget that, contrary to popular belief, protein is not only found in animal products, there is also a lot of protein in plants and legumes.
3. You can consume vegetables and greens unlimitedly. Especially in season. The vegetables and fruits you buy from the market are healthier than most of the things you currently consume, that's for sure. . Do not say that it is hormonal and do not consume it.
4. Eat 2-3 servings a day without exaggerating fruit. Not that late either. Consume during the day.
5. Legumes (chickpeas, lentils, beans, black-eyed peas, bulgur, etc.) are free. You can eat White Rice as little as possible.
6. Nuts will not be too roasted and salty. If you find it raw it would be great. Nuts, peanuts, almonds and walnuts. Do not exaggerate these, or you will get excessive calories.
7. Desserts, pastries and bakery foods are prohibited because they have a high glycemic index. If you can find it, consume whole wheat bread, but it is also limited. Because gluten initiates an antigenic and allergic process in some people. If you are craving sweets, you can eat dates, raisins or dried apricots. Or you won't die if you don't eat dessert ☺
8. Do not consume excessive tea and coffee. These are low pH fluids and deplete the body's alkaline buffers. If you are a coffee drinker, you can drink filter coffee, that is, consume 1 or 2 cups during the day and do not drink it late in the evening. It would be better if you consume more alkaline water. I try to drink 2-3 liters of water a day. If the PH is low water, I recommend adding 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate to 1 liter of water and consuming it.
9. Lots of walking (moderate pace at least 45 min or 1 hour.) and fresh oxygen. You can do exercises that can be done at home, such as jumping rope, push-ups, sit-ups, etc., as cardio exercises. Exercise is absolutely essential for better functioning of mitochondria (the body's energy-producing ATP powerhouse). I used to get tired even walking let alone running. Currently, I can run 1 hour or 10 km non-stop.
10. Eating less and not putting anything in the mouth as much as possible after 6 pm at the latest. Because eating until you go to bed at night is the biggest evil for the body. The reason is that every meal thrown into the mouth is equal, pancreatic insulin secretion and the body's repair process does not start, causing insulin resistance. You can consume 2 main meals and a snack in between, be fruit or vegetables.
11. Especially a good and empty stomach. Not staying up late at night and sleeping hungry. These 2 things are necessary for the body to repair at night.
12. It is most important that the things we eat and drink reach our table directly from nature. that criterion. So minimal exposure to heat treatment is important. Vegetables, in particular, are highly electron-charged and antioxidant. Unfortunately, the benefit we will get is minimized when we cook them for a long time and make them too oily.
13. There should not be a lot of fat consumption in the meal. There may be olive oil consumption in particular, but it is still not excessive. Because excess fat itself causes a lot of things. Oil consumption rule Oils with high omega-3 ratio (walnut, almond, flaxseed, fish, etc.) can be preferred. If the omega-6 ratio is high, cardiovascular risk may increase.
14. Do not drink water or liquids until 2 hours after a meal. You can drink it after 2 hours. Because when a lot of liquid is consumed with meals, the effect of the enzymatic process and acid in the stomach decreases, and complaints such as indigestion and bloating occur
15. If you smoke, you love your body and don't want to harm it, quit starting today.
16. Meditation and positive cognitive motivation are required to keep the stress level to a minimum during the day, and this is recommended to initiate many repair processes including the immune system (immunity) and to prevent diseases from forming.
17. Sit at the table without being hungry and get up before you are full. This is the main rule. Our stomach is not a trash can. That's why we have to be careful what we put into it.
